MVP Award

I am truly honored to receive the Most Valued Professional (MVP) award from Microsoft. It is both humbling and immensely satisfying to be recognized by this great company. I find it remarkable that a company of this size is so passionate and consistent about supporting its user community and partners.

Of course the company can only be as great as the people working there make it. I would like to thank these great people working at Microsoft for the inspiration and support: Joe Healy, Gareth Jones, Jim Blizzard, Jean-Mark Prieur, Jeff Barnes, Scott Hanselman, Rob Caron, Tim Fischer. Regardless of whether "community work" is in your job description or not, you helped me in one way or another and I am grateful for that.

This award also would not be possible without the prominent members of the Microsoft community: Scott Doorman, Stan Schultes, Dave Noderer, John Dunagan, Steve Lane, Shawn Weisfeld, Roy Lawson, Ken Tucker and many many more. So much goes on behind the scenes to keep the user groups going and prepare the code camps. Without your work the development community in Florida wouldn’t be as great as it is today.

And last, but not least, I want to thank my friends and colleagues at Catapult: Jeff Odell, Randy Patterson, Terri Burmeister, James McAuliffe. Whether it was buying pizza for a user group meeting, discussing technical issues after hours or having a beer after work, your encouragement and support is very much appreciated.

Sincerely,
Oleg

Congrats Oleg. You deserve this. The T4 material is simply awesome. Maybe you should write a book on CodeGeneration !!

Congrats Oleg. Thanks for being a Microsoft MVP. You’ve always been a “Florda .NET MVP” anyway!
